That’s what I thought but one of my team leads said I had to 🫤. Ask them to show you in the policy where it says you have to use double ppto. That'll shut them up. Ask them to show you how to put in more than 12 hours. Ie: 10-7 would be 8 hr ppto. Just make sure you call in via phone or computer and put in for it after your shift and not before. When using ppto, whether it’s a key event date is irrelevant. Ppto basically always treats it (in terms of pay, and stopping you from getting points) as if you worked that amount of time.
