This has happened with other videos but it normally it lets me go back in. Now it keeps dropping withing the first 5 min of the movie. I am watching on a smart tv with built in Roku. I'm having this same problem. I sometimes have to click on play over a dozen times, or get into the show/movie and keep fast forwarding it until it starts running again.
