May 11, 2023 · Black box to 0411 Swap. I have a 1996 GMC w / 4L60E looking to re-pin to 411 PCM. The 411 PCM is from a 2001 Chevrolet Astro Van with 4.3L and 4L60E. What steps will need to do when I start the re-programing process? You have to license the tune that you want to use and you have to license the PCM. The only way to use the segment swap feature is if the tune on the PCM is the same OS as the tune you want to use. I don't believe the V6 os and the V8 os are the same. so you wouldn't be able to swap segments. I could be wrong though.OK I am struggling to get this thing to run right.
